Toyota Highlander XLE 2022. date : Jan 16th 2024. After the purchase rep took car to "prepper the car " and seems like car came with worn down tires after it that i real date : Jan 16th 2024. After the purchase rep took car to "prepper the car " and seems like car came with worn down tires after it that i realized only after purchase. it really didn't seem like the original tiers i have checked first time. he said didnt switch and cant to nothing about these hazard tires. When i came home fund out that service provider also didn't include second key set. when i reached out i got no answer besides "let me try connecting the previous owner" . and later on "sorry we cant do anything" Both things should have been disclosed before purchase. also rep was telling that it cost them more to make these keys what doesn't make sense and just sounds bad when i texted the rep with : "Every car i bought came with 2 keys, U had to disclose if that was the situation I was also surprised with completely worn down tires, none like other used cars u had bought before. That's really how u guys do, business? Surprise clients that didn't check with these added costs. You guys can duplicate a key for nothing major." asking for a manager call to settle that then its when stopped responding. More

I came in around 2:09pm was promised for it to take 1 hour and thirty minutes for an oil change !. It was a long time but I decided it was worth the wait . Two hours has passed by (also to mention I seen hour and thirty minutes for an oil change !. It was a long time but I decided it was worth the wait . Two hours has passed by (also to mention I seen people who came after me leaving before me )and no car so I went up to the cashier asked for my paperwork and it was no where to be found . She called an associate I thought I was going to be helped and he got my information told me he would be back . I see him walking around and chatting with others and left me with no updates , now I am getting worried . I wait another 30 minutes I speak with another associate he finally got me some answers . Apparently the guy who submitted my car somehow left to go home and my paperwork was never submitted for the oil change . I ended up leaving around 5:15pm . Worst customer service ever , I was I was updated more often and that office just seems so unorganized and unreliable. More
