Cain Toyota - Service Center

After a month of ownership, I had oil changed and i had to clean all of the excess oil left ridiculously splattered over plastic engine cover and discovered they didn't top off windshield fluid much less p to clean all of the excess oil left ridiculously splattered over plastic engine cover and discovered they didn't top off windshield fluid much less put any in at time of delivery. Sad i don't need to clean any mess from any weak puke service department oil changed at 2975 miles More

A week before my appointment. .I was told around 100.00 to put tires on. Then the day of appointment..after truck was pulled in..they told me 126.00..which I was fine with...then w .I was told around 100.00 to put tires on. Just having tires put on...Just be upfront with your customers! They should know the price to put tires on.40.00 dollars more. Joke! More

Took our Avalon in to have brakes serviced. Dave Clapper was awesome! VERY friendly and helpful. Even gave me a snow scraper so I didn't have to make the dreadful stop at Walmart on way home.
