The Charles Maund TV commercials led me to the 8400 Research Blvd location where Doug Haugen Sales Consultant ,graciously and personally, walked me back to the service area and Jeremy Horton Service Consultant. Jeremy deserves recognition for excellent customer care. Jeremy's confident manner and follow through in every facet of this initial visit was impressive. Those in the service bay areas deserve recognition also for a relatively short wait time on a 20,000 maintenance, oil change, and auto inspection. All this to say that TEAM WORK is where it's at!!! I've used this "early" method over the past 8 years and have been able to get in and out (while waiting) in about an hour.
