Very professional and nice and keeping me update on the progress. I extremely pleased when it was done. Looked as if wreck never happened and not to mention its lifetime guarantee on parts! This experience as usual with Toyota is outstanding and never a disappiment. They go above and beyond. My car looked in the end as if it was never had an accident. Highly recommend taking your vehicle and trustin the collision team on every front. More

Two were told about the service done and that their cars were WASHED. They had a 0 balance as did I since my car was 1 year old with less than 5000 miles. I’d like to know why my car wasn’t washed. Between my son and me, we purchased at least 6 cars in about 2 years. Melia in sales was so helpful and knowledgeable. More

Car taken in because of water inside and carpets saturated I took my vehicle in because there was water inside and the carpets were saturated. There was a strong mold odor. I was told that the sunroof drain wa I took my vehicle in because there was water inside and the carpets were saturated. There was a strong mold odor. I was told that the sunroof drain was blocked and water backed up into my vehicle. There was evidence of mold throughout the vehicle. The dealership did mold remediation, replaced damaged interior and treated the non-replaced parts. My service rep, Walter Ortiz, did a fantastic job of keeping me informed of the progress. My insurance wouldn't cover any of the damage since it was not a sudden onset of water damage. They determined that it took place over time. Walter told me there is no way for the owner to check the drain and it would have to be done by the dealership. My concern is if owners don't have a way to monitor this type of thing, why the dealership doesn't check that each time the vehicle is brought in for service. I had my vehicle in for service approximately one month before this damage was discovered. If it had been I would not have been out almost $7,600 for the repairs. If I had that plus $2,100, I could have paid off my 2014 Highlander. This is the only complaint I have. More
