Extremely long wait for an oil change, no communication from them on when I should retrieve my car. They also misquoted me based on a previous owner’s warranty and when I left the cost was double what they from them on when I should retrieve my car. Oh, and also they made a very shady offer to buy my car from me—a random text from a woman I’ve never heard of kept saying she “wants to show me something” and after I left with my car she sent a picture of the “check” which was a lowball offer. Truly one of the least professional experiences I’ve had at a dealership. More

Waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment first thing in the morning. I was the 5th car to there when I got there, so I figured I would have been in and out. Nope. I had to go ask for an upda first thing in the morning. I was the 5th car to there when I got there, so I figured I would have been in and out. Nope. I had to go ask for an update on my car to which I saw my key still sitting on the desk. When my car finally did get serviced I was not made aware of where my car or keys were, about 10 minutes later I walked out and saw my car sitting there; I finally go up to it, open the door and my keys were just out and about for anyone to take. Real cool. Zero customer service & zero communication. The price of the oil change was also outrages. Paid $100, when I've never paid for than $65-$70 for an oil change. The $100 price apparently also included the "special" they were running. More
