Fast work, amazing customer service I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything to me. I dropped the car off and I was on my way in minutes. He called me with updates during the day and he gave me options that worked best for me. Came to pick up the car later in the day and I was paid and driving away within 10 minutes. Chris Heimann is a solid guy with a ton of positivity and enthusiasm. Definitely will be asking for him on every visit. More
Battery Replacement My battery had failed and I took it in for a replacement. I had 1/2 of the warranty left on the battery although it was in the car when I made the pu My battery had failed and I took it in for a replacement. I had 1/2 of the warranty left on the battery although it was in the car when I made the purchase of the vehicle from Charles Maund. I was given the new equivalent battery at 1/2 off as a result. I had no idea that I even had a warranty on the battery and expected to pay much, much more. Service was quick, personnel friendly, and certainly fair and above board with the service as has always been my experience at Charles Maund Toyota. Good people providing the best service for their clients. I'm so glad they are not only MY dealer, by my service folks too! More

Love Charles Maund Toyota Service I arrived 10 minutes early. My apt was at 3:40. Was there for a 30000 mile service. Took 2 hrs. The service was fantastic as always. 40,000 mile service They did what they were supposed to do. It was an oil change. Pretty hard to mess up. They did finish fast.
