6 month checkup I was promptly met in the driveway. I was directed to a waiting room. I had control of the TV remote and saw the program I wanted. When it was over I was promptly met in the driveway. 15,000 mile checkup I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotat I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! I had to wait less than 1 hour and he took me to the checkout counter and then walked me to my truck when I was finished. I really appreciated the personal touch! Thank you Jerry! More

Fast work, amazing customer service I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything to me. I dropped the car off and I was on my way in minutes. He called me with updates during the day and he gave me options that worked best for me. Came to pick up the car later in the day and I was paid and driving away within 10 minutes. Chris Heimann is a solid guy with a ton of positivity and enthusiasm. Definitely will be asking for him on every visit. More

I had 1/2 of the warranty left on the battery although it was in the car when I made the purchase of the vehicle from Charles Maund. I was given the new equivalent battery at 1/2 off as a result. I had no idea that I even had a warranty on the battery and expected to pay much, much more. Service was quick, personnel friendly, and certainly fair and above board with the service as has always been my experience at Charles Maund Toyota. Good people providing the best service for their clients. I'm so glad they are not only MY dealer, by my service folks too! More
