Kevin got me in and out of there in less than two hours - I think it may have only been a little over an hour. I was not keeping track of the time, because my experience at other Toyota dealerships is the service adviser gave you his best guess, but more often that not it was too optimistic. Kevin said he would get me finished and on my way in around an hour and one half. All my experiences at Maund Toyota have been top notch. More
