I brought my Highlander in for a recall notice and inquired about navigation system updates. Kevin Coyne looked into matter and determined that the necessary part needed to be ordered and installed at a later date in time. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. In the meantime the recall service was promptly performed. I don't spend much time with the service department as the Highlander has run flawlessly since I purchased it seven years ago. But on the rare occasion that I do need service I have always observed a can do attitude and usually above my expectations. More
