Excellent on volume sales, but I can't speak to service I purchased by 2017 Toyota Yaris iA from Charles Maund at a price other dealers would not touch in fact less than the "True Car" Great Deal price and I purchased by 2017 Toyota Yaris iA from Charles Maund at a price other dealers would not touch in fact less than the "True Car" Great Deal price and I got that price with 0.0% financing for 72 months. This truly is a volume dealership. I tried other dealerships and Round Rock Toyota was the absolute worst, that dealership tries to get rich off of every sale, Round Rock Toyota is proof that you should never purchase a car unless you've visited a volume dealership first and believe me Round Rock is no volume dealership. I purchased my 2017 Yaris from Chandler Grant at Charles Maund Toyota, great guy! After I made the purchase I contacted the sales person named Randall at Round Rock Toyota just to let him know I decided to go with Charles Maund and I told Randall I didn't think my decision was his fault at which point Randall got very, very nasty with me and assured me he was the one who would not budge on price at Round Rock Toyota....unbelievable! Test drive at Round Rock but don't make the mistake of purchasing from them until you've first visited a volume dealership like Charles Maund. More

Flexible choices and professional service Mr. Hieu Nguyen really helped me a lot in finding me the RAV4 SUV car I prefer. I like the Toyota Hybrid technology and want to change my Corolla to a Mr. Hieu Nguyen really helped me a lot in finding me the RAV4 SUV car I prefer. I like the Toyota Hybrid technology and want to change my Corolla to a Rav4 Hybrid. However, I'm not sure if I can find a pre-owned car or a new car. Hieu patiently answered my questions and went through all the inventory they have in Charles Maund Toyota. Finally I decided to take the 2017 model and I was able to turn in the leased Toyota Corolla Plus 2016 I received last June and get a low loan with APR 0.9% for 60 months. Costco Auto Program discount was also was applied to the price as I did last year. I'm so happy to got a SUV with better Mileage and more space. I'll definitely go back to Charles Maund if I want to change my car in future. More

Best Service Experience Ever I pulled up and right away the service guy was very friendly, professional, and prompt with making sure my tacoma got into service. I do service at Mercedes and Lexus and they do it well but for my Tacoma pick up they just impressed me. I highly recommend and normally I dread going in for service but not at Charles Maund. More
