It is great to know that you can still do business the "old fashioned way"...even with texting and emails. The team simply did what they said they would do...doesn't seem like much until someone DOESNT do what they said they would! Seems I encounter that type of service more and more these days so it is a refreshing change of pace to see folks step up and just run a customer focused business. We picked our new Tacoma up on the last day of the month and it was crazy busy...Malia said they had sold almost 800 cars in one month!?!? Despite so many customers in the store, we still got the personal attention and service we wanted. Even the Owner, Mr. Dimeo, was out on the showroom greeting folks. I've been a bargain hunter, and Y Lee helped me to find a Corolla with incredible price. My son loves this car so much, a Corolla with beautiful color, alloy wheel, back up camera .... I used to drive Honda, Nissan ... but nothing can compare with Toyota. Strongly recommend Charles Maund Toyota and Y Lee, a Korean salesman.
