I so hoped I would have a better experience there. Indeed I did. The most I ever sat waiting was possibly ten minutes. And I knew what was taking place while I was waiting. Then a visit to the dreaded finance department. Again, no waiting. Just explanations and options and signatures in less than thirty minutes. I drove away in the exact vehicle I wanted and for the price I was willing to pay! More

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this branch of Toyota from Y Lee. Normally I'm always skeptical to buy a new car because of the stigma about people being pushy when it comes to getting one. I've never had that issue with Toyota. They always go out of their way to make sure you're getting the car you want. My experience with Y Lee was great. He made sure I had all my options, tailored picks based on even the littlest detail that I wanted, and was honest throughout my entire purchase. He was absolutely wonderful. I got a car I love, and didn't feel pressured to buy if I had any issues with even a small detail like the interior color. I highly recommend this Toyota location to all my friends and family. Everyone here is really helpful, and makes you feel like you're not some number on a board. More
