Not satisfied with Sales Representative and Finance manager As i am the first time buyer my fico credit score was 705.. i buy the Toyota Sienna SE 2014 used Minivan at time of purchase they haven't give me all As i am the first time buyer my fico credit score was 705.. i buy the Toyota Sienna SE 2014 used Minivan at time of purchase they haven't give me all the finance information even though they haven't give the complete documents all they told me about my payment $518.36 when i wanted to check the details at home about finance the complete information was missing then i went to collect the documents i noticed that they charge me $ 7003 finance charges just for extended warranty and Tyre rotation and maintenance i request to cancelled my extended warranty he said its done and i will get the cancellation documents in mail but till now i haven't get it ....will not suggest to anyone.. More
