When I arrived I was referred to another sales person, Hieu Nguyen, who worked with me answering all my questions and helping me find the car that was just the right fit for me. When my Avalon XLE Premium arrived, he spent a lot of time pointing out all of the features on the car and even helped to set up my contacts and garage door opener. He was very efficient and concise when he described all the financial information including the incentives and perks that were available to me. He provided contact information so that I can call him anytime I have a question. I felt like I was appreciated as a new customer. I look forward to returning for service when needed. More
