Love Charles Maund Toyota Service I arrived 10 minutes early. My apt was at 3:40. Was there for a 30000 mile service. Took 2 hrs. The service was fantastic as always. 40,000 mile service They did what they were supposed to do. It was an oil change. Pretty hard to mess up. They did finish fast. Not a good start to the relationship I went to this dealership looking for a Tundra. They tried to sell me a 2013 model that was clean, and we started negotiating price. Finally, they of I went to this dealership looking for a Tundra. They tried to sell me a 2013 model that was clean, and we started negotiating price. Finally, they offered $35.5k and I countered $35K. I indicated that I needed to think about it and exited the dealership. I left town for a few days when they called me to follow up, and in my absence, left a message. I returned their call but was also relegated to leaving a message. I again called about their truck and they indicated that the price was now higher for the vehicle. I walked away. Now, what they did was not wrong, but it did leave a bad taste. While they could have gained my business by honoring their offer (which I indicated I would accept), instead they decided to play the role of cheap used car broker by changing the deal. As such, I've decided not to buy from this dealership. More
