I made an appointment to drop by after work and he had the truck pulled up front of the dealership so we could take a look at it while my current car was being appraised. The appraisal came back lower than I expected but I was able to negotiate it $1500 higher without much trouble. Once I was through finance, it was already 2 hours past closing, then I had to clean out my car. They didn't try to rush me by any means. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and the patience of Joe and Brandon for staying so late. More

After discovering that the only way to get one is to order it from a dealer, I was contacted by Melia Bingham. After reading several of the reviews on the internet, I really wanted to see what a Tacoma TRD Pro looked like in the flesh. Melia was able to arrange for me to come by the dealership and check out one of the other employees TRD Pro. That simple act went a long way to sell me on placing an order that day with Melia for my own TRD Pro. Sold. Now, hurry up and wait for 90-120 days. That was the worst part of my entire experience but I knew it was worth it. Melia passed along updates as she could. I was expecting to get my Taco Pro the last week of November but instead, got a call from Melia a week early. She explained that someone ordered the same truck and backed out so if I wanted to come get it, it was mine. So, excitedly, I drove over to the dealership and went for a test drive. From start to finish, I think the whole transaction took a little over 3 hours which in my opinion is pretty fast. The entire time, I never felt that Melia or Brandon, my finance guy, were trying to pull one of those infamous car salesmen slide-of-hands that you read about all over the internet. Everything was on the up-and-up and I drove away feeling no stress and was therefore able to enjoy my new truck. I would highly recommend to my friends and co-workers to ask for Melia when they need a new vehicle. Very impressed, indeed. Thank you Melia and a special 'shout out' to Brandon for keeping it real. Toyotas are affordable and the maintenance is highly affordable over time. I didn’t know the model I wanted but I knew the maker I wanted. YK Lee showed me the cars and broke down the prices and capabilities of each car so I understood the car that fit me right away. They gave me a great warranty and upkeep package that is cheaper than the repairs I was making on my old car yearly. It was a great decision and I had good guidance from YK Lee. More
