Very disappointing service department. Left my vehicle for first service check and brought up an issue. Got a brush off answer and nothing was done about it. So much for Platinum Care. I bought my 2021 highlander and in less than 5 months,, the check engine light came on. Took ot to the dealership and the fellow told me me a rat may have eaten up my wire, due to where my car is packed. A the check engine light came on. Guess the cost of repair, $745.00 . Go to the counter to pay,,the lady tells me to pay $700. More

I have been a customer with this dealership for 6 years, and haver never been disappointed. I don't care how many people are in line for repairs, the advisors move them quickly.
