Not only are their salespeople amazing (especially Chris-he has been my guy for over 15 years) the maintenance department is as appealing as their sales area. Everyone is happy, friendly and truly respect you. I never shop anywhere else!! Should you go and you should... ask for Chris! More
Battery Replacement I was having all kind of electrical problems and no juice to start the car. I did get it jumped and drove straight to Toyota of Newnan. While in the service line, the service manager came right to me and had me pop the hood. He immediately realized the battery was fried and took the car while still running into the shop and they replaced the battery immediately. Couldn't have asked for more prompt, courteous, or professional care. I bought my Highlander there and keep taking it back because of this kind of service. More
What a nightmare I was there for THREE HOURS and did not get my car until I insisted that they give it back. All I was having done was an oil change, rotate and bala I was there for THREE HOURS and did not get my car until I insisted that they give it back. All I was having done was an oil change, rotate and balance tires, align front-end and update GPS. Three Hours. At one point the lady handling my car said everything was done except for the GPS update, but when another lady walked me to my car she said it had not been aligned. So that was a lie. I had an appt in Fayetteville four hours after I arrived at Toyota of Newnan and never dreamed it would take THREE HOURS. I was late, missed my appt time and had to wait an hour and a half until they could fit me in. This is exactly why I have never like using dealerships. Plus they did not give me my paperwork for what they did do. I won't use this dealership again unless there is a recall that has to be taken care of. More
Great Customer Service by Autumn Some of the features (bluetooth/phone) on my 2014 Prius (bought new here) stopped functioning. I didn't understand why I had this problem as my son a Some of the features (bluetooth/phone) on my 2014 Prius (bought new here) stopped functioning. I didn't understand why I had this problem as my son also bought a new Prius here two years before me and his radio and all the features works fine. My radio for some reason could not be upgraded. Initially it was thought a new radio would fix the problem but I would have to pay for it. After discussion with Autumn, she contacted Corporate Toyota and was able to secure a good gesture type deal where I only had to pay $100 deductible. The new radio came in, we drove back to the dealership, and it was installed only to discover it didn't fix the problem. After more inspection, it was thought the extension box that connects to the radio had to be replaced. Autumn arranged the same deal and a new one was ordered, installed, and all features of the radio are working fine now. Autumn was great in calling us to keep us informed of her dealings with Corporate Toyota, and the process of ordering parts and delivery. In my opinion, she should be the Customer Service Manager!!!! She is the only person we plan to work with in the Service Dept. in the future. I hope the local dealership realizes what a great asset she is to their company. More

Service Department is Questionable Another disappointing service visit to Toyota of Newnan. I have written before about the lack of consistency by the service crew, and today was no exc Another disappointing service visit to Toyota of Newnan. I have written before about the lack of consistency by the service crew, and today was no exception. My third Toyota since 2006 and all service work has been done by the dealership, which should be a good thing, right? However, when I take the time to inform the service writer that the two things that the service department consistently gets wrong, and then she takes the time to enter specific requests into the work order... how the he** does the service tech not do those two simple tasks? For the second time, my air pressure on all four tires was low. The factory sticker says 44/45 and all 4 were set to 36 - again, a note was entered into the work order to set the pressure at 44. For the fourth or fifth time, the tech failed to properly secure my front skid plate after completing an oil change. This has happened repeatedly so again, the service writer entered a specific request to ensure the skid plate was properly put back on the vehicle. To my surprise, one bolt and washer were missing, which was very evident by the lone open hole without a bolt and washer. The NEW service manager took my truck back into the service bay, and said he would "stay with the truck" to ensure all work was completed. I walk over, and he is sitting in his office. So much for saying he would stay with my truck, especially since I had some personal items sitting out that he said would be okay and in his sight. Based on my experience, I now understand why there is a NEW service manager but, believe me, I was not impressed with the service department nor its new manager. I almost forgot... the bill was wrong by about $10 or so but he didn't even offer to correct it. This is my closest dealership and, if I had another option for real QUALITY service, I would take it elsewhere. Maybe it is time to consider a swap to another truck brand because this dealership is consistently letting me down. More

Amazingly Outstanding Customer Service Almost always expect the worse when having to deal with a dealer. I have a 2014 Highlander that has a ghost in it! The car came with Michelin Latitude Almost always expect the worse when having to deal with a dealer. I have a 2014 Highlander that has a ghost in it! The car came with Michelin Latitude Tour tires. They prematurely wore out. Took vehicle to local repair shop for an alignment, was told that (a) the rear does not have a way to adjust and (b) that the front would require ordering some special bolts. They implied that the vehicle must have been in a rear end accident-which it had not. Talked with Walt Gutierrez the owner/general manager of Toyota of Newnan, where I purchased the car, who said he would have his Service Manager get up with me to schedule an appointment. Got email from Mark Feldman, Service Manager and we set up an early morning appointment. During the visit I was allowed to go back to the alignment rack and talk with Robert Conner - Shop Foreman/Master Diagnostic Technician and Mark. Turns out that the rear can be adjusted and that it was fine as is and the front was considerably out of alignment- i.e. it had obviously come from the factory as such, but could be easily adjusted. While I was at Newnan for the fast tire wear issue I also commented on issues with the nav system and the rear gate. They could have ignored these extra comments as I had already given up on trying to resolve them (can not fight a ghost). However they took the time to walk me thru how to adjust the settings and even updated the nav system to make sure I had the latest. Their effort to understand how frustrated I was with the vehicle and their effort to resolve ALL of my issues went WAY beyond outstanding customer service. I have NEVER had a dealership treat me a well as these folks. NEVER! My family owns around 10 Toyota's and we can not say enough about how well they are made. Side NOTE: When trying to get in touch with Toyota was told that they were all in Las Vegas at the annual meeting. Well guess what: the owner/general manger of Newnan was in his office and personally took time to meet with me! My bet is he knows he does not just sell cars but hopes to develop long term relations with his customers.
