Billy our sales rep was so patient and so kind. He walked me through each of the vehicles I was considering and was very informed about each of their features. They were very aggressive about closing and it was almost off putting. We are very pleased with our purchase and again Billy truly made this experience a pleasant one. More

If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I drove 4 hours one way to help my daughter purchase a vehicle that the dealership had list This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I drove 4 hours one way to help my daughter purchase a vehicle that the dealership had listed on multiple websites. The dealership REFUSED to sell the vehicle to her because we weren’t from Georgia or one of the surrounding states. The manager said that the owners wouldn’t allow them to sell to other state residents due to taxes. I have bought every vehicle I’ve owned over the last 20 years from an out of state dealership. Never once has any dealership mentioned any issue with taxes. In fact, it eliminated some paperwork for them. The bottom line is that Toyota of Newnan is lazy and isn’t willing to do the tax paperwork required. They literally wouldn’t take our money, either cash or through financing. I am in disbelief. The one pleasant part of our experience was with our salesman Austin. He was trying everything he could to get the sale to work, but the owners decided that he didn’t need a sale. Unbelievable. Avoid this dealership! More

Serge was very nice and welcoming. Answered all the questions nicely and stayed late without hesitation to get things done. I Would Say Find A Different Dealership and Group of People. I had my time to be wasted, and they wanted me to drive back to return the truck after 30 days. I asked for them to come and pick it up because I was not person who made it appear the deal was done. So, I would tell everyone to stay away from this location. The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. While I went there back in October of 2024 just looking at the options. I did not make a purchase that day but over the months The dealership would call and me asking if I was still interested in a purchase. So, moving forward to March 1st, 2025, I go to the dealership, and I made a purchase. The poor level of respect to tell me a 30 days later the deal did not work. I would think that everything should have been done before I left the location. These people will do anything to so make a sell. Do Not Trust These People. More
