Awesome Jordan I ALWAYS request Jordan Coco for any service! Why? Great question! Jordan not only this visit but ALL of my visits is kind, helpful and patient. He I ALWAYS request Jordan Coco for any service! Why? Great question! Jordan not only this visit but ALL of my visits is kind, helpful and patient. He takes time to make sure I know what needs to be done to my vehicle. He takes that extra time. I appreciate that so much. Today I was in for 4 new tires at his recommendation. If it was any other sakes person my husband would of gotten other opinions. I tell him Jordan recommends....we get it done. His welcoming customer service attitude should be taught to ALL of the sales crew at the Naperville Toyota. The entire crew there is good but could use the JC touch. He cares much more then others about the customers needs. His focus is stronger with happy customers than concern about commissions which is huge!!!! Jordan is phenomenal and THE reason I choose the Naperville Toyota. More
Good Impressions, Poor Where It Counts I've been to this service center three times now. Each time has been a little more disappointing and frustrating than the last - and this last visit I've been to this service center three times now. Each time has been a little more disappointing and frustrating than the last - and this last visit will be my *last* visit. The staff are pleasent, as is the facility, but when one actually looks at the work actually done and the overall division of services (which revolves around adding costs) - that's where the goodwill stops from my experience. In an attempt to keep it somewhat brief, I'm only referring to my last experience below. 1. They have good deals and sales at face value (that have lured me in), but it seems like once you're there, there's always some kind of catch or "optional service" - that's not *needed* but should have been part of the "deal" to begin with… I mean, now that you're there and the problem is so close to be solved - sure you could look elsewhere - but then you'd have to start the whole ordeal over again. (And when have I called other places this dealership's "big sales" barely broke even to what other*s* were offering with no big special(s) and with the same services included. 2. If they don't have to they won't. With all the wheels having been removed (for replacement), having drove over 50,000 miles with the original brake setup on it, and also having paid for an oil change and multi-point inspection (among other work/services) doesn't mean they *have* to inspect my brake linings, right?.. I'm looking at the form which has the brake lining "inspection not taken" box checked. 3. Don't review the work, what you don't know won't hurt you. A few days after the dealership's oil change, on 2 occasions, I checked the oil dipstick to find it was filled only to the 1/2 way mark. Certainly "adequate" and fine, but I just can't help but feel like putting it to closer the top/full mark would only help (the customer). Similarly, window wash and other small things weren't touched. "Wham, bam, thank you Ma'am!" It's an impressive facility with friendly staff, only fell short where I value it most. I now plan to travel further to a previous dealership that has been far more straightforward and generous where it counts… The best comparison I can make is: it's like that fine cuisine that looks and smells great, but when you actually bite in, you realize it's all show. I hope this will give you all something to consider at least. More
Excellent service experience I have consistently taken my toyota vehicles to Toyota of Naperville and they provide excellent service. Even if I didn't buy the vehicles there their I have consistently taken my toyota vehicles to Toyota of Naperville and they provide excellent service. Even if I didn't buy the vehicles there their service department has been so good that I will buy from them in the future. I wan to particularly call out Mike Librizzi - among several great service persons - he is always friendly, informative and takes care of my vehicle servicing needs promptly and well. They've kept my toyota vans and cars running in excellent condition with one of the vans at almost 160,000 miles now - and still running like a champ. Great job guys - way to keep the customer as the center of what you do in terms of service! More

Rav 4 owner I brought my car in for service and I was extremely impressed on the time it took to service it. It usually takes about an hour but Jordan assured me I brought my car in for service and I was extremely impressed on the time it took to service it. It usually takes about an hour but Jordan assured me it would be done sooner. After about a half hour my Rav was finished with the 5000 mile servicing, and they gave it a car wash too! I was going to take a loaner for this servicing, but if it continues to be as quick as this time I'll never need one. Please continue to provide exceptional service! More

First of all, I had a 2p appointment but was in the area around noon. I stopped in and service advisor Jordon Coco said he could take me early. Less than an hour later, service work was done and Jordan found me in the waiting area and reviewed the results with me in less than 5 minutes. Experience was extremely favorable with all that I interacted with greeting me with smiles! Kudos to this excellent service team! More
