I went in for an oil change and came home with a new van My beloved 2008 Sienna van had over 180,000 miles on it. It went in routinely for oil changes and maintenance and was taken care of solely by the Toyo My beloved 2008 Sienna van had over 180,000 miles on it. It went in routinely for oil changes and maintenance and was taken care of solely by the Toyota of Naperville Service Department. The other night I brought it in for one of its oil changes, only to find out that it was getting old and was well used. It needed repairs of $1600, unfortunately. The Service Dept was extremely honest and discussed the possible scenarios with me. I wandered over to the dealership side as I debated and was greeted by Robert Kieda. He was an extremely patient, knowledgeable, and honest Toyota salesman. Robert was not pushy, and actually listened to what I needed from my next potential vehicle. He showed me several options and discussed the pros and cons of each. We test drove a couple of cars and then I made my decision. When I pulled into the service department, I had no intention of driving out in a new van, so needless to say, my van was not cleaned out from a previous camping trip. That was not a problem for Robert, who promptly helped me clean out my entire "lived in" van. He was amazing! In the end, instead of an oil change, I walked out of the dealership with a beautiful new 2017 Sienna van. The Toyota team made each step of the purchase effortless and seamless. Thank you to Toyota of Naperville and especially Robert Kieda!! I love my new van! More

A good service department sells cars. I have been working with Kelsey ( service advisor) for three years. She is the only advisor I will work with. She goes out of her way every time. She shoots straight with me about needed services. This last experience she took to a whole new level. I brought our van in with a very loud popping noise( that is never good) she had a tech ready to look at my vehicle before we even finished the paperwork. After diagnosing the problem she put me in a loaner, got all my needed items from my veichle ( with a smile) and off we went. She was able to get the entire job covered under our extended warranty. I picked up the vehicle the next day at which time she explained everything that was done. My vehicle was returned to me spotless because she had it washed for me too. Thank you Naperville Toyota for hiring quality people and thank you Kelsey for being the best of the best. We will buy all our vehicles here because of the excellent service department. More
