My first bad experience with this dealership! Appointment was made 10:30am to service my vehicle. Amber (service consultant) did not inform me ahead of time that they need to reorder the part need Appointment was made 10:30am to service my vehicle. Amber (service consultant) did not inform me ahead of time that they need to reorder the part needed and it will take some time. Past 3pm i got my vehicle and noted a linear scratch on the driver’s passenger side. I immediately informed the service consultant, and without looking at my vehicle she told me that she will call the manager. While waiting beside my vehicle another staff came and asked what is my concern. I have shown him the linear scratch that my vehicle obtained from fixing the door edge guard by their service dept. He checked and buffed the area with polish cream and the linear scratch went away. After the problem has been resolved, manager Adam Bennett finally came with a piece of paper and told me that the scratch was there prior to service. I just looked at him and told him that it was a big LIE because i was with their staff when they checked in and inspected my vehicle. I even asked him to call the guy that checked me in. And his next statement is, “it was computerized when they detected the scratch”- another lie to cover another mistakes. I am trying to control myself but, i lost my respect with this manager and don’t want to say a word. Also, i forgot to thank the staff who buffed my vehicle and just leave the facility. To the manager Adam Bennett, you have succeeded to ruin my day and make me feel stupid but, let me remind you - “Your SOUL is more important than your job. “ More
Outstanding Customer Service! I purchased a new Prius Prime from this dealership a year and a half ago. My Prius has about 33K miles on it which equates to roughly 4 maintenance se I purchased a new Prius Prime from this dealership a year and a half ago. My Prius has about 33K miles on it which equates to roughly 4 maintenance service visits. The service at this dealership is second to none. I have exclusively been coordinating all of my visits with Jordan Coco and his level of service is outstanding. For such a young man, he truly understands what customer service is all about. I am never disappointed and, for that reason, I will be a life long customer of this dealership. Hats off to Toyota of Naperville for attracting and retaining such great talent and thank you Jordan Coco for always doing everything you can to put the customer first. More

Buying a new car: A a dream experience-not a nightmare!! I bought my last new Prius, a 2010 Prius IV from Toyota of Naperville and have had it serviced there ever since for its regular check-ups, which is al I bought my last new Prius, a 2010 Prius IV from Toyota of Naperville and have had it serviced there ever since for its regular check-ups, which is all it ever needed. I was there a few weeks ago for it's 60,000 mile check up and spent the waiting time on show room floor while my husband got in and out of the passenger side of every model on the floor looking for the most comfortable one. When it turned out to be the 2018 Prius IV I was not surprised but I was delighted. I had driven a Prius since 2004 and really wanted my next car to be another one, but my husband had thought he would be more comfortable in a SUV. A salesman, Scott Bouma assured us he would answer any questions, but let us alone to explore which we preferred. When we decided on the Prius IV he sat us down and told us what was in stock. He patiently brought up several models and colors until I fell in love with the one that was a Sea Glass Pearl color. We went for a test ride and he patiently showed me the test course and talked me through it. Scott spent at least two hours with us and never rushed us while he patiently answered all our questions and showed us how the features worked. We left with a fully refundable down payment on the car to "sleep on our decision". We were back the next day and completed the negotiations and left with my new car after several more hours. I have been buying my own cars for 40 years now and have never had a more enjoyable experience buying one. Scott did a superb job in helping us, answering every question and getting answers on the few he didn't know. Everyone at the dealership that we talked with was helpful, patient, efficient and kind. Oh I didn't mention --- My husband and I are both in our 80's. More
