Bobby Quintanilla is Awesome!!! I had my car in for service on July 2nd. Later that day I realized that my phone contacts were not displaying on the car even though they were listed I had my car in for service on July 2nd. Later that day I realized that my phone contacts were not displaying on the car even though they were listed on my phone. I spoke to Bobby Quintanilla on the phone the next day, and he patiently tried to help me. I knew I needed to come in for help though. Upon my arrival to the dealership, Bobby met me at the door. We went to my car and he promptly fixed the issue. He was helpful, kind, and friendly. I know I will come back to this dealership because of Bobby Q. More

Not honest about their service inspection I have given this dealership business for many years but after today I never will again. A week ago, I went in for my normal routine maintenance. I I have given this dealership business for many years but after today I never will again. A week ago, I went in for my normal routine maintenance. I got a report that my car was in good condition for most parts except for a bulb replacement. I was also told that my rear brakes may need attention soon but nothing urgent. Three days later I hear a rattling noise from the left rear of my car and a rough sound when I start the car. I had a feeling it was my muffler but took the car in to this dealer a few days later to make sure. The service person comes back to me to report the issue and sure enough it was the muffler. I asked to speak with a manager because it was ridiculous that they give me a report a little over a week ago that the muffler, pipes, etc. was good (checked green on the inspection report) but three days later it needs replacement because the pipe broke!!!!! They walked me to the back to the service center to check my car myself, and I was totally shocked with what I saw. The pipes and muffler were completely rusted. That was not noted on the report. I should have been warned about this and it should have been marked as yellow on the inspection report (meaning it may need to be serviced in the near future). The part that really upset me was the nonchalant attitude of the manager. Not understanding, admitting fault, or apologetic. He just kept saying things like this can happen without warning. We didn't do a full inspection. We don't report rust. That was the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard coming from a mechanic that is the manager. I immediately asked for the telephone number for customer complaints. It was then they suggest I take my car to their 3rd party auto center whom they sometimes send cars too. This really made me upset because this should have been suggested prior to me asking for the customer complaint number. My car is 14 years old and they were going to charge me $1600 for parts. That’s probably the value of my car. Good customer service to loyal customers would have giving me that option first to go to their 3rd party provided and let me decide if I want Toyota to do it or this other auto shop. No, they were going to take advantage and take my money like I was an idiot. I will no longer service my car there or buy a car from this dealer. Customers please beware and question everything from this dealership because they are just about money and what they can get from you. More

I've had ALL of my maintenance performed at the dealership and I couldn't be happier with the service they provide, specifically, Jordan Coco. Jordan has been my service manager for every visit. He is extremely professional, helpful and timely. If something needs to be addressed, he takes the time to sit with me and explain in detail all service recommendations. When the time comes, I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership so I can continue working with Jordan. More
