All of my oil drained out of my car due to a faulty oil cooler that i had no idea about. Toyota is fully aware of the bad parts, and put a warranty out on these bad oil coolers. All of my luck it was a few cooler that i had no idea about. Toyota is fully aware of the bad parts, and put a warranty out on these bad oil coolers. All of my luck it was a few months expired. After being declined help from Toyota Corp, Toyota of Naperville declined to help as well. I had to pay $500 with tow to have this fixed. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I've talked to friends and family about this issue and they all agree that Toyota should own up and pay for this. So im not wrong here. Get better customer service straight Toyota. Help your customers. Because now you lost one, and will lose more once people see my reviews. More

Time car was in service lengthened by two weeks Toyota of Naperville serviced our 2009 Toyota Corolla Sedan on the 1st of May. We had major engine surgery and had to have the cylinders/ rings etc. r Toyota of Naperville serviced our 2009 Toyota Corolla Sedan on the 1st of May. We had major engine surgery and had to have the cylinders/ rings etc. replaced due to oil consumption where bad rings were the culprit. The car was in the shop for two weeks and ready to be rolled out of service when something else broke then another thing broke. With thousands of dollars spent at each milestone I am here to say that not only does Toyota need to go through a major overhaul of its fundamental model lineup but this is also the last Toyota I will ever own. This was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CAR.....EVER. More

I would NEVER recommend this dealership. I bought a new 36K Tundra there last year. car was delivered to me with all the plastic garbage from floor mats and seats balled up and jammed under the seats and i 36K Tundra there last year. car was delivered to me with all the plastic garbage from floor mats and seats balled up and jammed under the seats and in glove boxes instead of thrown out. Today some ice was jammed in a wiper blade. I figured it was something simple and called to ask a service guy for a tip. Nope.....was told I had to bring it in. Called orland Toyota and the service guy said tighten the bolt holding the wiper as they loosen. That's all it was. Naperville Toyota just wanted the cash and had no interest helping someone who just bought a new truck. Bad place.....buy elsewhere. More
