I came in for a one-year tuneup on my 2010 Highlander, and decided to ask a sales consultant about getting an iPod adapter for my car. Leo offered immediate assistance, and gave me the last iPod cable in and decided to ask a sales consultant about getting an iPod adapter for my car. Leo offered immediate assistance, and gave me the last iPod cable in his drawer. Then he explained how to load the free Pandora app on my iPhone so I would have my own personal radio in my car and everywhere I go. Thx Leo! I also found the assistant service manager, Jeff Suva, to be extremely customer-focused. Instead of trying to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need, he advised me of an open recall that they'd take care of and promise to take care of the tire pressure warning on my console. He was definitely saving me money and I appreciate his integrity and honesty. Lastly, the waiting room was impeccable- with free drinks, Intenet, large screen TVs, and plenty of comfy chairs. Best car dealership waiting room I've ever experienced!!! More

I've been servicing my 2005 Scion xB at Toyota Naperville for a couple of years, and the service dept. is always very friendly, helpful and no hassle. While my car was being serviced, I got to talking wit for a couple of years, and the service dept. is always very friendly, helpful and no hassle. While my car was being serviced, I got to talking with Tod about the possibility of purchasing a new xB. I got to take a test drive on their VERY cool test track. Even though I wasn't ready to buy, I will definitely be buying from Toyota Naperville when I do. Their new facilities are amazing, the staff is great and I always feel comfortable when I'm there. Once I called to ask the service dept. a question about my current vehicle, and not only were they helpful, but they talked to me like a friend. Just like I feel comfortable enough with Tod to be honest and straightforward with me when I am ready to purchase my new Scion or Toyota. Thanks Toyota Naperville, keep up the great work! More
It took almost two hours for an oil change! After an hour, I asked when it would be finished. I was told soon. I will admit I got a little snippy because I was tired and hungry after working a full da hour, I asked when it would be finished. I was told soon. I will admit I got a little snippy because I was tired and hungry after working a full day. I was also annoyed they didn't tell me it would be such a long wait. I would have simply returned the next day. So I admit I was snippy. Finally, one hour and forty minutes later my (new-less than a year old) car is finished. I go to get in it and notice a big scratch on the drivers door that was absolutely NOT there when I arrived. Needless, to say, I will never, ever, ever return and I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. I'm only hoping that is the only damage they did to my car. There are some really sick people out there! Beware because some or at least one works at Naperville Toyota! More
After a positively awful experience at Toyota Elmhurst, my car was taken to Toyota of Naperville after experiencing a catastrophic mechanical failure (i.e., clutch and transmission needed to be replaced). my car was taken to Toyota of Naperville after experiencing a catastrophic mechanical failure (i.e., clutch and transmission needed to be replaced). First of all, they were very friendly and seemed to empathize with our situation. They gave us a loaner without us even asking. While the car was being serviced, Chris gave us regular updates regarding the status of the vehicle. That helped ease some of the anxiety we were both feeling. Chris also assisted us with filing a claim through Scion regarding the repair (since the car was just past the warranty but experienced a serious failure anyway). The claim was denied but nonetheless, I felt like I actually did something just by filing the claim. The car was fixed two days earlier than expected which was also a nice surprise. Robin the service manager checked in with us to make sure we were happy as she had been receiving regular updates about our situation from Chris as well. She seemed very genuine and we appreciated her reaching out to us. The car is fixed and so far, so good! I do have one complaint, at check-out I asked if there had been any other issues that might need to be addressed with car (new brakes soon, oil change soon, low fluids, etc) and was told that they didn't check. I asked them if they typically do a 40-point inspection on the cars they service and was told they only do that w/ oil changes. Now oil changes are only $29.99 and I just spent $3500.00 in your shop, I think a 40-pt inspection is more than warranted! More
I have never been to a nicer, friendlier, or more caring service department in my life. In other service departments you have to wait just to be acknowledged- here you get a greeting as your getting out of service department in my life. In other service departments you have to wait just to be acknowledged- here you get a greeting as your getting out of your car- and with a smile no less. I didn't see any worker that didn't look happy. I felt like I was at Disneyland. They gave me a beautiful loaner car so I didn't have to miss any work and the job was finished right when I needed it. Totally professional. I wish all Toyota dealerships were this great. Thanks More
I took car in for 60K mile service that included tire rotation on 4/17/2009 Wheel Alignment service performed on 5/7/2009 but first action was to rotate tires and charge my wife for it. Called up a rotation on 4/17/2009 Wheel Alignment service performed on 5/7/2009 but first action was to rotate tires and charge my wife for it. Called up and asked why service history was not checked to realize that after 1300 miles tire rotation was unnecessary. Completely skated around service history question and stated: Well I asked your wife! Ridiculous! More
I bought my vehicle new from Toyota of Naperville. My 05 Highlander had a front differential leak at 42,000 miles. They had it for a month. It shows on the bill that they replaced gaskets on the transfer Highlander had a front differential leak at 42,000 miles. They had it for a month. It shows on the bill that they replaced gaskets on the transfer case. Now at 65,000 miles, it is leaking again but they state that they never touched that area. It is clear that the silicone is fresh and that they did. They offered no assistance other than to waive the $53 diagnostic fee and quote me a $1,900 repair job to reseal the transfer case. When I questioned them about the $53 fee, they told me that it is a standard charge just as one goes to a doctor and pays a fee. I asked them why they had not disclosed that at the time I scheduled the appt and her response was, "Didn't you ask?" Toyota Corp offered me $500 toward the purchase of a new vehicle but they said since it is out of warranty, no help otherwise. I am dissatified with my experience and the fact that they lied to me about the work they did. More
