We departed on a bad note, so I left an honest review about my experience. Even tho didn't want to come back to the same service because of its director, but was made by corporate. It regalements that previous warranty claims that have repetitive issues has to be fixed at the same dealership. So I came back. And was rejected service by Caleb, who repeatedly told me its America and he is not obligated to help me. Not sure why he brought this up, maybe because of my accent, I felt really interesting. Strange experience after 13 years of using this excellent service for my multiple toyotas. It's ok, there are other dealerships who values my business. More
