I found this dealership to be less than credible. I was upfront and clear I was interested in purchasing a new car for the full amount by check, with no financing. In our price negotiation, the salesman included a rebate to reduce the overall price. The salesman, sales manager, and I agreed on a final price. When it came time to complete the purchase, another sales manager informed that in order to get the rebate, I had to take financing. The original salesperson and sales manager left for the day and could not be found. The second sales manager was pressuring me into something that was outside of the original sales agreement. At that moment I walked out and I never intend to visit this dealership again. I purchased a new Toyota from a different dealership which I found to be more honest and ethical. Be very wary when or if you shop at Naperville Toyota. More
