You had multiple chances to do right by me, so please don’t come here and pretend to be concerned.Now that I have lost patience and made my distain public , you care. Mr. Roberts, please don't mistake or write off my concern for any our customer issues as lip service. I don't recall speaking with you myself and based on your online username I cannot find record of your vehicle. With that being said if you would provide me with the courtesy that you have afforded the service managers so I can look into this it would be appreciated. At the end of the day with over 1,000 service customers per week customer service is an absolute priority and if I'm not permitted to help out of frustration then we are no closer to a resolution.

Jason Roberts , Toyota 4 Runner , and that’s the problem , 1,000 service visits a week leads to poor service and customer care. I have spoken to your OWNER at length , so therefore I can’t imagine he or I did not speak to or leave a voicemail for you. Like I said, I’m over it , your dealership and service department are so horrible I’m willing to forfeit the final oil changes just to avoid it, not Toyota. As I stated to your OWNER I’m in the market for a land cruiser , but after your last “service” I’ll drive to another part of the state to purchase and maintain that vehicle. That should speak volumes about your service department and dealership.

I would be happy to discuss with you the details of what happened with your vehicle purchase but I can assure you that our technicians will not let anything past as that is how they get paid. This also ensures that our vehicles leave in optimal condition with us selling 400 plus different vehicle. As for the vehicle you purchased, I can personally guarantee that the vehicle didn't sit for six months as I took the vehicle in on trade which was a daily driver for one of my clients which was purchased a couple days after we took the vehicle in on trade. When the vehicle was serviced we did note the TPMS monitors which were replaced as agreed and the tires did not require being replaced having plenty of tread life on them.
