I took my Toyota Venza in to get the seat looked at. The seat works but there’s a small piece of plastic sticking out. They said they couldn’t put the piece back in and quoted a price of $1000. I get there and it’s 2,100 basically I had to pay a diagnosis $181.00 for nothing. Very disappointed in the service. More

My family purchased two vehicles from this dealership. We have been VERY pleased with both vehicles and the service. My husband was very hesitant to buy a car from a salesperson through a dealership has We have been VERY pleased with both vehicles and the service. My husband was very hesitant to buy a car from a salesperson through a dealership has been “converted” to this place. His change of decision was based on his customer experience with our salesperson, Jonathan DeBerry. Jonathan cane highly recommended and I see why. He is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Helpful, not pushy.. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan DeBerry. He has many many repeat customers and a loyal customer base. I wrote this review without hesitation. Hard to see from hwy 96. There is a trick to getting there… can’t turn left very easy (if you come from Franklin direction).
