Although I've selected Jason Sherwood since he's the only person I remember from my vehicle purchase, this review is about my service visits. Both times were quick even though I did not make an appointment for the first one (just drove in). I don't know if this is the norm, but every time the guy that initiated my service came through the waiting area, he would update me on what was happening and approximately how much longer it would be. So far, I've had only good experiences with Toyota of Muncie. More

I have given this dealership a 5-Star rating across the board!! Having not so great credit, I was turned down by every other dealership and not even given a chance. They actually took the time to work with me and try to get me an approval that would work for me, and one that wouldn't put me in a worse situation. We had an excellent experience, by far the best our family has ever had when purchasing a car from a dealership. From the very start our sales person Jason was upfront and honest. When we started looking for a used van I had found many different vans we liked on the internet, but when I went to inquire about the van's through e-mail I had a hard time getting a straight answer from most dealerships. Not with Toyota of Muncie, they responded my e-mail quickly and didn't harass me about other vehicals that I wasn't interested in. When I first inquired about the van, Jason informed me they had just received the van on a trade in and it was being detailed so they didn't have any pictures of the van right away. But as soon as the van was done being detailed Jason shot a quick video of the van for me before there even pictures posted online. Needless to say this type of customer service went a long way into us wanting to make the trip from Indy to check out this van. When it came time to negotiate the price of the van Jason and sales staff weren't over bearing or pushy, was a very relaxed buying experience. They were willing to work with me on price and on the concerns I had on buying the van. Overall with was a GREAT, GREAT sales experience. More

I had the car in for its 60,000 mile service. Peggy greeted me warmly and prepared the car while we discussed what was to be done. I pointed out a minor issue from a previous visit and she had Damon co greeted me warmly and prepared the car while we discussed what was to be done. He agreed with my assessment and promised to review what had been done and make sure everything was taken car of. Damon was very attentive, friendly, courteous and professional. I waited in the great customer lounge. Lori came over from her station to visit with me, and we chatted for a little while, which I really appreciated. The work on the car was completed in about 90 minutes, during which time I was able to very comfortably watch the news, have a fresh coffee and finish some reading. The work was performed as discussed. Peggy reviewed the completed work with me and pointed out that she credited me for work that was normally part of the service package but was not performed at my request. This resulted in a significant savings on my part. We purchased our car at Toyota of Muncie in the summer of 2009 and EVERY aspect of our experience has been great - pre-purchase, purchase, warranty, service. Even when there have been issues (few and minor), everyone responded with concern and made it right. I could pay less elsewhere, but like I told Lori, there is a real value to this level of service and care. The Danielses and everyone at Toyota of Muncie understand that and more so live it.
