The way car buying should be! I was recently in the process of attempting to special order a new 2020 Tacoma Limited with specific accessories and color. I was using Consumer Repo I was recently in the process of attempting to special order a new 2020 Tacoma Limited with specific accessories and color. I was using Consumer Reports and other services to price the vehicle and contact different dealerships. Thus, all dealerships were providing me (or should have been) information/feedback and pricing on the EXACT SAME VEHICLE! From the majority of the dealerships contacted, I got the same old run-around, plus many of them wanted me to pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle that did not match my specifications! Toyota of Muncie and Mr. Brandon Franklin (my salesperson) not only listen to me and addressed all my specific needs/wants -- they saved me thousands of dollars over all the other dealerships, and we sealed the deal in about 15 minutes! I still cannot understand why (when your hard earned money) some dealers make you wait and wait and wait while they attempt to determine the price you should pay for a vehicle. Why can't they just provide you their BEST PRICE with their first offer? Long story short -- if you want a new vehicle at an extremely competitive price with no hassles -- give Toyota of Muncie and Brandon the opportunity to provide you the service you want and deserve! For my wife and I, our car buying experience WAS "the way car buying should be" and two days after picking up my new Tacoma, I have already recommended Toyota of Muncie to another individual. More

I had been trying to buy a car for several months and dealers had been insisting on all of these add ons which made the cost of the vehicle way more than I wanted to spend. Some would push me to buy a different color or trim because it was on the lot. I was really frustrated and disappointed in the whole experience. Then Brandon entered the scene. He found me the exact car I wanted for the exact price I wanted to spend. He even had the car and paperwork delivered to my house. The process could not have been any easier and less stressful. As a single woman buying a vehicle, this was the first time I felt the salespeople weren’t trying to take advantage of me. I can not recommend Toyota of Muncie and salesman Brandon Franklin any more strongly. This is defiantly who I will call for my next car purchase. More

It was such and easy process. He was extremely responsive, gave us numerous options to choose from... at unbelievable prices. It was so great not to have to go through the negotiations that you normally do. We had done our research, we knew what we should have to pay. Working with Devin was the best car buying experience that we had ever had. We will be back in the future. The only downside was that it was far from home, but Devin did all his work over the phone and text with us, that we just had to go there to pick it up. It was worth the drive! More
