Wow, what a difference I experienced when I decided to bring my 2010 Prius to Toyota of Mt. Pleasant! These are the most helpful folks I've ever worked with at any auto dealership. Especially the customer interface/communication provided by the assistant service manager Channing. Between Federico and Channing, the experience was very pleasant.
