Bought a used Prius that seemed in good shape. The car had passed their certified inspection. Brought it home and then noticed it was missing 2 of the 3 rear seat head rests. We checked and this was not had passed their certified inspection. Brought it home and then noticed it was missing 2 of the 3 rear seat head rests. We checked and this was not listed as missing on the paperwork. Seems like a safety issue for us and should have been picked up in their 200 point safety inspection. The Service Manager is working on the problem 7 months later. More
