It should NEVER take 5 hours for an oil change. It shouldn't even take an hour to get an oil change! My recent experience was horrible!!! However, Ms. Jasmine was awesome!!! Pulled in to service area and was immediately had someone help me. Jalen Jones took all the information and took care of vehicle. I had a 10 a. m. appointment with them which I had scheduled a week in advance. I dropped it off and they did not even START working on my car until nearly 6:30 p.m. Why bother scheduling appointments if you are not even going to start until nearly nine hours after the appointment? If you value your time, do not get your car serviced here. I ended up missing dinner reservations I made because I stupidly thought it would be safe to plan a 6:00 dinner when I had a 10:00 A.M. appointment. I finally got my car back for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 7:00 p.m. More
The last 3 times I've brought my vehicles in for servicing they've forgotten about me. I waited 7 hours for an oil change and their excuse was "they forgot". Another time i talked to the service man servicing they've forgotten about me. I waited 7 hours for an oil change and their excuse was "they forgot". Another time i talked to the service manager about my vehicle, he told me to drop it off the night before and they'd look at it first thing in the morning and he took down all my information. 3 days later I call, he forgot to pass along the message and my vehicle was just sitting on the lot. The most recent time, I got routine maintenance done and expressed my concern for being forgotten about again and assured it wouldn't be an issue and they'd have my vehicle ready within 3 hours (I was on a schedule) 3 hours later, I call to see if its ready... they forgot to even pull the ticket and I had to wait another hour. If you want a business that values your time or cares even a LITTLE bit, find somewhere else for car maintenance. More
I had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and 60k routine maintenance, arrived at 8:15. I had changed the engine and cabin air filters the night before and had marked them with the change date, and told the service rep this. My final paperwork still marked the filters needing to be changed, clearly they did not look at the filters. Also, they recommended changing rear diff fluid in spite of the maintenance manual saying it only needed to be inspected, and nor doing consistent driving conditions to require replacement. I asked if it had been inspected and did not receive an answer. I believe this service department does not provide service; rather it pushes sales of un-needed work on naive customers. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be back. More
