My husband and I bought used from Reinhardt Motors Inc. and not only was the vehicle overpriced by $3,000.00 but they sold us a vehicle that had a faulty cd player and has mechanical problems. Although they replaced the faulty cd player, the mechanical problems have continued. The crank problem that I experienced with my vehicle only 2 weeks after I purchased my vehicle was discredited as a "security feature" by my salesman, and has now escalated into a $950.00 problem. My husband and I have only had our vehicle for 6 months and we are already having to replace our cam shaft sprocket which is the $950.00 job that I mentioned above. Reinhardt is unwilling to help us with the repairs only because we left a bad review online about the quality of the product we received and the amount we paid for it, and those words were the words of the manager at the dealership. Not only did they sell us a vehicle for $14,995.00 that was only worth $12,000.00 but they also paid off my trade in for $8,000.00 and we found it on their lot for sale for $11,995.00. As you can tell their vehicles are way overpriced and from our experience not inspected very well and very poor quality. I would never recommend anyone buying from this dealership. More
