I have bought 4 Toyota’s from the dealership in the past three years. When it was Reinhart Toyota, I was treated well. She has gotten virtually no satisfaction from the customer service people. They promised to call and never do. They promised a second key for her Highlander months ago, and it took 4 months to get it. She has inquired about service and either she gets no response or the customer service person has been rude. She asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there is no supervisor. That is total nonsense. We will never buy a car from this dealership again and encourage others to look elsewhere if you are planning to buy a Toyota. More
