The advisors were friendly and made the process simple, the quality of service was standard, but the timing was rough. Made an 8:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation and dropped vehicle off the afternoon before. Vehicle was not ready until after 3 pm. This is not acceptable. If there were not enough people to per and dropped vehicle off the afternoon before. Vehicle was not ready until after 3 pm. This is not acceptable. If there were not enough people to perform services that day, CALL customers to give them the option to reschedule. It does not take over 6 hours for the scheduled service. Don't make too many appointments if you can't keep them! If it wasn't for the warranty requirements I would not use this dealer. Also, they misplaced my key and I had to wait while they searched for it. More
