Jon the service advisor was not very knowledgeable about how to serve a customer with a warranty. He insisted on me not having a warranty for my 2024 vehicle and that I would have to pay for the service. Af how to serve a customer with a warranty. He needs training on building trusting relationships with customers. Also, the wait time is ridiculous!😡 More

I had an appointment, but still waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. Seems a little long for a simple oil change.
