Confronted the dealership and they put their heads in the sand had to get Toyota corporate involved for multiple issues with the botched install of the Lift kit which was put on before I purchased the vehicle brand new. After dealing with Toyota corporate for several months my truck was repaired. The case manager for Toyota and several other representatives, Toyota corporate, stated that Midland Toyota has multiple corporate complaints due to botched installs and countless other issues. Do yourself a favor and do not even give this dealership a second glance. With all the issues that Toyota is going through right now do you want a dealership that’s gonna work with you not one it’s gonna run away at the first sign of a problem. they’re only job at this dealership is to overcharge you for their vehicles and then they’re done with you. Absolutely disgusting customer service and accountability. More

Terrible sales team bunch of scam artists. Drove from Big Spring to purchase car which was online and verified the sale before going over two cars in mind enclave and encore. Both these cars were under 12k Got there 1 hour later to find the one had no AC other no news on it. They had parked a Volkswagen T in front of lot for me to test drive which was 20k Big scam.
