Sold me a certified used Toyota. I bought a 4Runner last year and now I'm having trouble with the windshield shroud coming apart. I purchased an extended warranty and yet I am still out of pocket to get this simple minor thing fixed. I do not live in meridian but was told I could take it to any Toyota dealership to have it fixed. Not the case. Other dealerships said since they used a non Toyota windshield they will not cover under warranty. I cannot believe I am dealing with this. More
This dealership uses deceptive sales practices. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla and they lied to me about my monthly payment. The finance manager added the extended warranty and GAP insurance witho purchased a 2013 Toyota Corolla and they lied to me about my monthly payment. The finance manager added the extended warranty and GAP insurance without my consent which increased the balance and my monthly payment. A car that cost $18,727 ended at costing me $36,340. When I finally talked the owner (John O'Neil Johnson) about this situation he was very rude and refused to do anything about it. He eventually threw me and my husband out of his office. Please be cautious when dealing with this dealership. They scammed me out of my hard earned money. More

I got my oil changed on my 2007 Corolla. I have NEVER had this kind of service. I dropped my car off before 8 am and it was done quickly. This isn't my complaint, my complaint is someone called me to let me know it was done and there was a few maintenance things needing to be done. I kindly asked him to have a print out of prices etc and I would consult my husband and prob have it all done except the battery. When I got there I went to the repairs desk in the back and there was 4 people back there. One girl explained she was in training and couldn't help me. I said ok and waited.....for a while. Finally I said "I have got to get back to work." Then a nice gentleman from the parts desk walked over and helped me. But I never got to talk to anyone about getting a rental and getting my car fixed on the maintenance or anything. I really entended on getting the belt etc done, but I was going to need a rental for sure....but if that nice gentleman from the parts dept had not have came over to help me I would not be back. My husband and I have never went anywhere else for a vehicle or oil change etc in over 5 years. Plus I have never seen that dept so unorganized. Thankyou! More
I was traveling thru town and NEEDED a part for my Tundra. I called the parts department and spoke with Mike , he was very helpful and HAD the part in stock!! I had already been thru Jackson and was on my way east on I-20. I REALLY did NOT figure that if a dealer in Jackson did not have it that they would. Stopped in purchased the parts and installed myself in the parking lot. These guys were all over me very pleasant experience... THANK YOU MIKE!!! you made my day. Sylvia Boozeman More
