My wifes service light came on in her 08 Highlander so i had taken it to Toyota of Melbourne, i was greeted by Doug who was very friendly and offered to wash the car after the service! He asked me a few questions if i was to buy a new car what features i would like and offered me a bottle of water while he went find a Camry.He pulled up in the new 12 Camry SE trim and i fell in love with the paddle shifters (like a Ferrari) Ben showed me everything new including the 3 additional airbags and the safty features when i mentioned i had 2 children which made my wife happy! Now im a proud owner of a new Camry to go with the wifes Highlander and my 02 Camry (135k miles on it) goes to my 16 year old later this year! Great Job Toyota of Melbourne More

I visited Toyota of Melbourne only to simply take a look at the Scion FR-S because I wasn't ready to trade in my car for a new car until the end of this year. While taking me to the car he gave me a ton of knowledge about the car as if I was in a training class learning about this car. He was really respectful and customer service savvy with his professionalism. I was appreciative of that. The visit went from looking at the car to ending up with the keys in my hand.
