The customer service and ease of leasing the vehicle was a fabulous experience as I'm one who dreads car buying. ie....pushy salesmen, haggling over price, presuming a woman can't handle purchasing a vehicle on her own, etc. I experienced none of this. Roy, their sales manager and even Jason, the finance person, were all true professionals who focused on getting me not only the car I wanted but at a price that I was comfortable with. My dealer, Richard Bohan, did everything in his power to help me get my car as it was coming from port. It was not easy getting a new FRS to the dealer grounds in 3 weeks, and Richard had to make special changes in the shipping. His skills and determination got me exactly the car I wanted. Not only that, but whenever he got a new update regarding shipping date, state of product and delievery ETA, he also gave me a phone call regarding every status of the car.
