Other parts departments were not interested in doing this for me. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. More

Day after purchase was very surprised car had no remote start. Why they not try selling me. Now they want $650.00 to install. I Rarely use car, less than 2300 miles and headlight out. When purchased they touted about their great service department and was told if ever brought in they always provide loaner car. Brought in 8 this morning as scheduled and thought for headlight they would just replace lamp. I was promised it would be looked at in less than one hour, I should wait no need for loaner. Couldn't wait and took Uber back. Now 3 hours later, called still hasn't been looked at. xxx???? Just need lamp replaced!!!!! More
