Carol is the Greatest Sales Person Ever Amazing experience at this dealership. This was the first time I've every leased a car, let alone gotten a car in my adult life, and they made it an Amazing experience at this dealership. I worked with Carol Romano, who by far has to be one of their best sales people. She made me feel relaxed and confident in my choice, and was clearly their to make sure I got the "glass slipper" to fit my needs. I highly recommend to anyone to ask specifically for her when they go. More

Poor customer service I went here to look at the new 2019 rav4. I was told they would get a salesman to come talk with me. I was in dealership for half hour and was complet I went here to look at the new 2019 rav4. I was told they would get a salesman to come talk with me. I was in dealership for half hour and was completely ignored. I finally walked out and I would never buy a vehicle from this place. Went to another Toyota dealership and was welcomed right away and saw a very pleasant, non-pushy salesman. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

SCAM ALERT. Please DO NOT Go there. They are SCAMMERS. They will promise you everything before you go. And when you ask to talk to the person you spoke to before, they will make excuse to not bring him/her in front again. I was trying to purchase a CPO Toyota Camry. I drove over an hour to get there after talking to Christa for more than 5 times and she confirmed that I will ONLY have to pay the car's price + Taxes and DMV Fees. When I got there, they were trying to charge me that $2700 I mentioned above. And when I asked for explanations, they showed me 'fine prints' from their website. SCAM ALERT. Please DO NOT Go there. The best dealership Well I went in to this dealership thinking ok this is going to be another dealership full of games to be played. I met several people who discussed options with me and kept me in the loop the entire time. There were no games nothing just pure goodness.
