I went shopping for a 2025 Camry I had done some investigation online know which car I wanted to buy had an idea of how much I was gonna pay went into the store went for a test ride with my son. They had the car in inventory that I saw online or it was on its way to the dealer and when we discussed price, they started off the negotiation at $2700 above the MSRP and then wanted to go run to the manager to see what they could do. I got up and Left Two weeks later I went to Smithtown Toyota. I purchased the car with the same specs from Smithtown Toyota for below MSRP. I feel like Massapequa Toyota is not in it for the long game. They wanna sell you a car screw you over and make you pay a high price high loan whichever and not look at the big picture and have you as a lifelong customer to get all your service done with them to buy more cars from them to recommend them to friends I would tell anybody not to go to Massapequa Toyota and it seems to be what the Wontour parent websites seem to share so be warned stay away More
