Manager wouldn't acknowledge/negotiate with me - I'm a woman My fiancee and I went in to lease a RAV4. I, a woman, did the negotiating with the sales rep who was pleasant. When he called his manager over to give My fiancee and I went in to lease a RAV4. I, a woman, did the negotiating with the sales rep who was pleasant. When he called his manager over to give a final deal, the manager refused to acknowledge me or even learn my name. He initially only spoke to my partner, a man, until I made it very clear over and over again that I was the one doing the negotiating. A frustrating experience. Other than that, it was fine, though their prices are far higher than listed on the websites or you can get elsewhere. More
