Did not do what was requested I dropped my vehicle off for oil change, rotate and balance. I verbalize my request to Larry and female staff member who checked over my vehicle. I specifically requested for a mat to be used to avoid oil stains on my carpet and to be careful when balancing because I previously had rims damaged. Larry obliged. A balance was not conducted on my vehicle per my request. I was allowed a coupon discount. Now I will have to reschedule a balance for my vehicle and be inconvieniced. More
