Blurple car Tami was great at getting me the right car for my budget. She went above and beyond, even though it was late. The only problem I had was the car was Tami was great at getting me the right car for my budget. She went above and beyond, even though it was late. The only problem I had was the car wasn’t cleaned very well on the windows and the tint on the back passenger window was coming off. They are looking at it now. Not very happy I have to bring my new car in two days after buying it. Update: I talked with Taminagain and she is going to get all five of my windows re-tinted and the dealership is going to give me a replacement car until they can get mine done. More

Excellent service and facilities, but be prepared to wait. We received great customer service getting checked in. I had my three year old with me, so I appreciated the children's waiting room with a small play We received great customer service getting checked in. I had my three year old with me, so I appreciated the children's waiting room with a small play area and TV. We also enjoyed the free water and popcorn. My only complaint would be that we had an appointment for a regular 20k mile service (oil change, tire rotation, and top off fluids) and it took over an hour and a half. We usually go to Classic Toyota in Tyler, where we purchased the vehicle, and it has never taken even an hour, including the time I had to have a tire plugged. More
