Pleasant Experience from Beginning to End I did not feel that my sales person (Bobby) pressured me. He seemed to genuinely want to do what was best for my needs. Certified? Perhaps not I purchased a gently used "certified" vehicle from Toyota of Longview. A few of the items that were reportedly checked as part of the certification p I purchased a gently used "certified" vehicle from Toyota of Longview. A few of the items that were reportedly checked as part of the certification process were inoperable (ie. rear wiper) or didn't meet Toyota's specifications for a "certified" vehicle. I had to involve the used car manager, but ultimately, the dealership agreed to repair/correct the problem. However, when I got my vehicle back, the rear panel was improperly reinstalled (it had to be removed so that the back wiper could be replaced). Of course another "manager" had to be involved and the issue is yet to be resolved. If I lived in Longview I'd definitely find a different dealership for service - one that thoroughly inspects and quality-checks their work. More

Price quoted on line was the actual price we paid. We went through Sam's Club to get pricing. The price that was given online was the price when we got to the dealership. No gimmicks.
