Oil change My experience was good. I went in for my oil change, and they brought to my attention that I needed a new air filter for engine and cabin. My advisor, My experience was good. What is it we value? It took 30 mins for an employee to approach us, and there were to other customers/gentlemen looking at trucks before we got there. I never saw anyone It took 30 mins for an employee to approach us, and there were to other customers/gentlemen looking at trucks before we got there. I never saw anyone help them, while we were in the lot. And we were out there for about 90 mins. Not sure why they were overlooked. And I know those for a fact no one helped them, because I spoke to one of the customers/gentlemen. My question, is why were those customers/gentlemen neglected? Everyone has a need to feel valued. This blatant neglect of customers/people, caused me to wonder....was it the cold keeping the sales personal inside or were the sales personal categorizing customers as: buyers and waste of time. If so, how are those determinations made, and is that really how you want your customers to feel. Because, I wondered if the reason no one came out to talk to us, was because we were driving a 2007 Toyota camary. If I felt that way after waiting 30 mins for a salesperson to approach, what must those customers/gentlemen have felt. Every person who steps on to your lot has value, whether they can afford to buy a car or not. They are still human beings and as such have feelings. The process of buying a car takes to long 5 hrs, is a bit much in my opinion. “They say time is money.” I would like to commend Lisa Oliver, when I called about a bracelet that was left in our old car. She immediately checked on it, and called me back.... to let me know she found it. The bracelet is not expensive, but is valuable to me. It is a handmade piece of jewelry, and some of the beads themselves were handmade with flowers from my mother’s funeral. I appreciate not only Lisa’s willingness to do the job, but that she did it immediately. Because while the bracelet might not be an expensive one, it is of great value to me. Lisa realized this immediately an went out of her way to reassure me, and make sure it was returned. Also a special thanks to Chelsea, who I am told followed through with the return, by mailing it to me. More
Excellent Customer Service A week ago I wouldn't have given this dealership this high of rating BUT they TOTALLY redeemed themselves 100%. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and the vehicle I desired to purchase had been sold, BUT Tammi tried hard to apologize for the mix up. She knew we were very upset and she had Will call and personally apologize and he said he would "make things right ". I went to a couple of other dealerships (whew what a nightmare). I ended up posting a request for the specific vehicle and it went out to 5 different dealerships. Literally, it wasn't 10 minutes later and Tammi was on the phone to me wanting to recommend her vehicle at the dealership and to make a good deal for me. Will followed up with confirming the deal and helping work through the details. Both of them worked hard to make sure I would be satisfied throughout the purchase details via text and phone calls. The whole purchasing process was easy and seamless over the phone. In this day and time, customer satisfaction is just words, but truly this dealership lives up to their "word"! Not only did they give me a good deal but they delivered the vehicle to me for my previous inconvenience. Kodey in finance was very thorough upon completing the paperwork and explained any finance options. He sent originals with them properly marked for me to sign along with copies for my records. Very organized. Thank you !! Seriously, there are car dealerships that ONLY want to sell their vehicles, but Toyota of Longview not only want to sell their cars, BUT they want to build a relationship based on EXCELLENT customer service. If you are looking for a Toyota and want to work with honorable people, this dealership is TOP NOTCH! Our service advisor was friendly and attentive and made our first visit to this dealerships service department easy and stress free. All in all I'd give them a 10! More
