Fabulous! I went in to look at a used Mustang for my daughter and met Chelsea first thing. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. She worked countless hours relaying offers back and forth between her manager and I. She went above and beyond to make the deal happen within 24 hours! Not only is she a fantastic saleswoman but also kind hearted, fun, energetic & passionate person about her job. Then Kodey made the paperwork part quick, easy and as painless as possible! Overall, it was one of my best experiences in buying a vehicle! Great Work! More

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I bought my first Toyota Highlander from this location in 2001. My husband and I have bought two new Highlanders since then -- one in 2011 and one in I bought my first Toyota Highlander from this location in 2001. My husband and I have bought two new Highlanders since then -- one in 2011 and one in 2017. My son is still driving the 2011. The vehicle is superior, and the service and maintenance at this dealership are excellent. Chuck in the service department knows us by name and is always cheerful and helpful. We bring our Highlander in every 5,000 miles. I was sorry to learn that Lori and Dan have both retired. We always enjoyed visiting with them, and Lori was excellent in helping figure out the Blue Tooth and other electronics. She showed me how to do it without making me feel like an idiot for not figuring it out myself! My son has been driving the 2011 since we bought the 2017 model. While working at an internship in San Antonio while he was a student at Texas A&M, it came time for the oil change and tire rotation. I told him to take it to the dealer in San Antonio because we had always had such great service in Longview. The dealer there told him they wouldn't rotate the tires because the lug nuts were stripped. He paid for all new lug nuts, but I called the dealership and told them we had always taken our vehicle to the dealer in Longview and I knew those lug nuts were in good shape. It's frustrating when service people take advantage of young adults who are just learning the ropes. That would never have happened in Longview. When the time comes for my next Highlander, we will be back to the Longview dealership. More
Recalibrate We had to replace the windshield due to stone chips. A warning came up saying "pre-collision warning disabled be dealer" We took the vehicle in and we We had to replace the windshield due to stone chips. A warning came up saying "pre-collision warning disabled be dealer" We took the vehicle in and were informed that the recalibration would cost $129.00 This was an unexpected expense. We were informed that this would happen every time the windshield would be replaced and the cost would probably increase. This should be a Toyota problem and not the owners expense.. More

I had noticed that the catches that hold the drivers side mat in place had broken and when they picked up the car, they had replaced them with even mentioning it to me. Didn't charge me either. It's little things like that, that keep me coming back. More
